In certain cases, the Provider may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies with similar functions that allow the creation and maintenance of a unique identification.
The Provider may collect information regarding the Client’s devices through which the services are accessed, such as operating systems and their versions, software, hardware, file names and versions, device identification data (IP address), etc.
The collected information is processed by the Provider for the purpose of providing the services. The provider also uses this information to ensure the safety of users and their devices, customer support and for the development of current services. The provider does not disclose the information to third parties for marketing purposes.
The Provider is authorized to use the information collected in any investigation/judicial proceeding related to the Customer’s use of the services as well as in any other cases where their use is permitted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Confidential Information – The Parties agree to use the Confidential Information of the other Party exclusively in connection with the Services and not to disclose it without prior written approval, except in the following cases: i) when required by law or specific regulations or when required by to a professional body; ii) advisers with whom the Parties work.
The Provider may disclose confidential information to subcontractors or service providers provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations, as well as to the Customer’s consultants who are involved in the matter. The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information received in connection with the contract will remain valid for three years after receipt of such information. The above does not apply to information that (i) is publicly available, or (ii) was received from someone who has no confidentiality obligations with respect to it, or (iii) was already known to the Party receiving the information.
3. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files that are stored on the user’s DEVICE and contain two pieces of information:
